Did not agree to automatic renewal which at £51.00 is four times more expensive than buying on the internet. I await cancellation of renewal Ana new premium1 at £28 for two years. ITS A CON

Kasperksy finally contacted me and confirmed that my cancellation of subscription was accepted (it took them a long time, evidently since July last year). I still would not trust them.
Recently I got an email saying that my subscription (that I don't want anymore) will be renewed on 29th of May, regardless of my cancellation. I tried to contact their customer service on numerous occasions. No reply. They only now sent me a message now saying they have not heard from me for 2 weeks.
I have contacted my bank and cancelled a card they have taken payment from before, just in case. Don't trust them

Not good unable to get any satisfaction with the customer service person which I found very rude and I don't like the way it hung up on me
Got to speak to someone Unable to get any satisfaction by talking to a person and when I told him the problem he didn't seem interested when I've phoned kaspersky before I've had a good response and satisfaction but not this time and when I told him I wasn't happy and wanted to cancel he put the phone down on me

My anti-virus is due to expire Mar 2025 but last niight my email stopped working because it said that the antivirus had expired.
Therefore I had to purchase it again and now I find I have 2 kaspersky premium antiviruses on the one computer.
I would like to carry on with the original copy and have yesterdays copy removed and my money returned.

Earlier this year I cancelled my account and auto renewal.
You confirmed this to me in an email from you dated 25/11/22.
On 18/12/22 I received an invoice from Digital River, acting on your behalf, for £34.99 and also an email from Kaspersky informing me that my auto renewal "has been successful" for order Number 118105****00
These two statements are incompatible and I want my £34.99 reimbursed.
I also want your written assurance that all my data has been deleted from all your systems and that the mistake cannot be reoccur.
I also have an original order Number 339******** on file if this is of any help.

I did not select renewal but you automatically renewed all the same. My Internet Protection should not have started at the beginning of March as you have done anyway.
Therefore, I would like you to pay back my money to Paypal who I have already informed about this. JIM TAYLOR

Cancellation and refund of auto-renewal of security protection
Some years ago I purchased Kaspersky security protection at the same time as purchasing my new laptop.
Since then every year the security protection auto-renews without provision for cancelling the policy.
I do not even have the laptop now. I find it very annoying that it is so difficult to cancel this product.
I do not have the order number, as already stated the laptop is defunct!!
This payment is taken annually.
Could you please cancel this forthwith and expedite my refund.
